THE SOCIETA' CHIMICA ITALIANA PROMOTES THE STUDY AND PROGRESS OF CHEMISTRY AND ITS APPLICATIONS
The Società Chimica Italiana (Italian Chemical Society) is a scientific association that has over four thousand members.
It aims to:
favor and increase scientific research in all fields of chemistry;
disseminate the knowledge of chemistry and the importance of its applications in the context of the progress and well-being of humanity;
promote the study of chemistry in universities and in all schools of all levels;
to favor the development of science in every field.
The Partners carry out their activity in Universities and research institutions, in schools, in industries, in public and private research and control laboratories, in the free profession. Thus, they contribute to the cultural and economic growth of the national community, to the improvement of the quality of human life and to the protection of the environment.
